Teacher Aides, Vocational Teachers, Academic Teachers and Special Education Teachers may be eligible for a $1000 hiring bonus. The education bonus will be awarded to new hires who meet the following qualifications:
FDC is now offering a $1000 referral bonus to FDC employees who refer a viable candidate to join our corrections team as a Correctional Officer, Correctional Probation Officer or Inspector! To qualify for the full bonus, the candidate must have or earn their Criminal Justice Standards & Training Commission (CJSTC) certification, be hired by FDC and maintain their position with the department for one year. The more you refer, the more you can earn!
